A 30 bed transitional housing program for adults who are homeless or in danger of becoming homeless, many of whom suffer from significant emotional or mental impairment. Assists residents in the modification/development of skills needed to move towards independent living. Provides shelter, case management services, vocational counseling, vocational evaluation, supported employment, money management, daily living skills training, transportation assistance, and chemical dependency groups, as well as one to one chemical dependency counseling if needed.
Hours:
M - F, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
